The Mill House has been renovated to a high standard and is set in 30 acres of wooded nature reserve. The river Dore (Golden river) cascades through the garden depositing gold to be panned in many pools.
With a south facing aspect the house has a 30 sq metre tiled patio with garden furniture and BBQ.
Relax in the tranquil environment and enjoy the peace and quiet, or cross the gravel courtyard and take the footpath into the nature reserve, where, if you are lucky, you might spot wild deer.
ACCOMMODATION
Ground floor.Spacious separate beamed lounge with English satellite TV/DVD/Video and CD player. Double bed settee.
Large country style fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven and gas cooker. There is also a separate laundry room with auto washer and tumble dryer. The first floor is reached via a feature open tread staircase leading from the kitchen.
First floor. Consisting of three bedrooms –
2 Double and 1 twin. The master bedroom has an en suite shower room with W.C.
There is also a fully fitted separate shower room with W.C.
All our guests receive a courtesy welcome pack on arrival.
We have a No Smoking Policy inside the house and we are sorry but we do not allow pets

We are five minutes drive from ROSTRENEN, which has several super markets, restaurants, banks and traditional Breton market every week.
Only 1
1/2 hours to the north is the famous "Rose Granite Coast" with its spectacular rock formations and sandy beaches.Concarneau – 1 hour away to the south west, has a walled city, harbour, and 15 miles of golden sandy beaches.
A feature of our area is the Napoleonic Nantes – Brest Canal with its tree-lined towpath ideal for walking or cycling.

Bed linen and tea towels are provided.
Please bring your own bath towels, as they are not supplied.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are from - Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival time - 4 pm to 10 pm
Departure time - 10 am.
Due to ferry timetables we try to be flexible and request that all guests leave the house and grounds in the condition they found it.
We can offer a cleaning service at a charge of 35 euros.
